Items, including beauty products, must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Merchandise must be unworn, unopened, unused, unaltered, and unwashed with all original tags, seals, and packaging intact.
Items returned without security tags or with damaged tags may be subject to refund delays or denial.

Footwear must be returned in the original, undamaged shoe box. A fee may apply for missing or damaged boxes.
Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. COD packages may be refused or deducted from your refund.

U.S. customers can track returns using the 9-digit number found in the Free Return Shipping instructions included with each order.

To expedite your exchange, we do not offer direct merchandise swaps. Instead, place a new order for the desired item, and we’ll refund your return once received.

Returns processed within 30 days will be refunded to the original payment method.
Uniluxe processes refunds within 7 business days of receiving your return.
Your financial institution may take an additional 7-10 business days to post the refund to your account.
