Return and Refund Policy

We trust that you're satisfied with your purchase. However, if you're not completely happy for any reason, don't worry. You have the option to return the item within 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

You can send the item back to us using your local postal service or a courier. Our headquarters are in San Jose, California. Please note that at this time, we do not cover the cost of returns for our international customers. Nevertheless, we are committed to making the return process as seamless as possible for you!

For a smooth and efficient return process, we suggest using a tracked shipping service and keeping the tracking information handy. Don't forget to include a completed returns form with your package. If you don't have a returns form, feel free to contact us at support@uniluxe-store.com, and we will provide one for you.

To avoid any delays, ensure that your return is well-packaged and meets our return conditions.

Here are our returns terms and guidelines:

- You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.

- All returned items must be in their original, resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags and packaging if applicable).

- Please package the returned items securely to prevent damage during transit.

- For footwear returns, protect the shoebox with an outer packaging layer, as the box is part of the product, and any damage may result in the return being rejected.

- Include the returns form with your package; failure to do so may lead to processing delays. If you need a returns form, please contact Customer Service.

- Sale items are also eligible for return following our standard returns procedure.

- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service to avoid any issues with lost or damaged items during transit.

- For international returns, mark the package as 'RETURNED GOODS' and ensure that the 'Return Goods' option is selected on the customs form to avoid import charges or taxes.

- Uniluxe is not liable for any customs charges incurred during the return process.

When sending your parcel back to us, clearly label the outer packaging as 'Returned Items' and select the 'Return Goods' option on the customs declaration form. This will help prevent any unexpected import charges or taxes.

Please note that the processing time for your return depends on the shipping service used. We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receiving them at our warehouse.
